Senate at its meeting of Wednesday, May 13, 2015 approved that change of
programme exercise for 2014/2015 academic session should commence with
effect from Friday, May 15, 2015 to Friday May 22, 2015. 
GUIDELINES
A. EACH INTERESTED STUDENT
(i) Could from Monday, May 18, 2015 make payment of N1, 500.00 (One thousand, five hundred Naira) only at his/her current faculty; to the faculty’s Finance Officer and obtain University’s cash receipts.
(ii) Collect application form from the Faculty Officer on presentation of the original cash receipt as evidence of payment.
(iii) Complete and submit the form back, on or before Monday, May 25, 2015, in the current faculty where the form is obtained.
(iv) Latest by Friday June 4, 2014, information on status of affected students’ change of course should be made available on the University’s website.
B. REQUIRED ATTACHMENTS TO THE APLLICATION FORM
(i) ‘O’ level results as verified at the Academic Affairs Unit (AAU).
(ii) Print-out of 100 level results duly signed and stamped by the Head of Department.
