The Federal University of Technology, Minna (Futminna) held the registration function for 4,250 understudies conceded into 2014/2015 scholastic session at the Gidan Kwano grounds of the establishment.
At the occasion, the Vice Chancellor, Prof Musbau Akanji, said that out of the 10,000 applicants that requested admission for 2014/2015 session, 6,650 sat for the Post-UTME. 4,743 were offered admission among whom 4,250 understudies at last scaled through.
He urged the students to avoid all demonstrations as opposed to the guidelines and regulations of the school, for example, examination malpractice, frauds of all kinds, financial racketeering, cultism, fighting, theft, assault, rumour mongering and illicit drug dealing.
Prof. Akanji included that a Commitee Against Anti-Social Activities (CASA) has been set up to insight and screen understudies' exercises on the institution's grounds.
